Principal's Advisory Council
Purpose
The purpose of the Principal's Advisory Council is to provide opportunities for members of the school community to participate in the decision-making process at the local school level. The Kilby Elementary School Advisory Council shall collaborate with the school principal to assess the educational needs of the school and provide input on the school's continuous improvement plan and operational budget.

The PAC will:
- Assist with the identification of school needs.
- Review, evaluate, and shape the school’s continuous improvement plan.
- Facilitate communication between school staff and the school community.
- Provide input for the proposed school budget.

The Principal's Advisory Council (PAC) is open to students, parents, and teachers.
