School Counseling Mission Statement
The mission of Kilby Elementary School's Counseling Program is to implement a culturally responsive and data-driven program that supports all students in their personal, academic, career, and social-emotional development. The counseling program promotes a safe and proactive learning environment that encourages collaboration, lifelong learning, problem-solving, decision-making, and excellence.

PWCS school counselors recognize that students and parents/guardians have a right to know the limits of confidentiality. Please review PWCS Regulation 651-2 regarding confidentiality of student-disclosed information.
