EMERGENCY CARE CARDS
The school office maintains an Emergency Care Card for every student. Parents should continually update emergency contact numbers to ensure the school has up to date information. This can be done through ParentVUE. Please be sure to inform the school office of any changes in address, telephone, or daycare arrangements. It is necessary to have an emergency contact person listed on the card in case you cannot be reached.
No student will be released to any adult whose name does not appear on the child’s Emergency Care Card. Anyone wishing to pick up the child must have a valid picture ID.
COMMUNICATION
It is very important to have an open line of communication with Kilby and our community. Please reach out to the school if you are not receiving communication from Kilby. For any questions about your student's progress please contact your student's teacher.
SCHOOL STATUS
At Kilby, we use the PWCS approved School Status system to communicate with parents/guardians through text, email, and phone calls.
If you do not receive text, email, or phone calls from Kilby please reach out to our front office. It is very important that families receive Kilby information, so they are aware of important school and county information.
