Kilby Advisory Council Mission:
We are a diverse community of high achievers and leaders. At Kilby, students are safe and can reach their highest potential. Individual differences are appreciated and respected allowing for students to become lifelong learners who accept responsibility for their own behavior.
Purpose of School Advisory Council:
The Kilby Elementary School Advisory Council shall collaborate with the school principal to assess the educational needs of the school and provide input on the school's continuous improvement plan and operational budget.
